Does It Come in Black?: Everyday Makeup Tutorial

After getting tons and tons of requests for a tutorial of my everyday makeup look, I decided to really try to learn how to use the video aspect of an SLR along with Final Cut so that I could share it with you all. If you know me personally or you don't, I am in no way shape or form a make-up artist or aspiring make-up artist (I've only seriously done makeup on myself, friends or family) so anything I share with you is what I've learned from personal experience, the lovely ladies at the MAC counter or a few YouTube videos.

For this look I definitely cut out a few things that I would do if I were getting ready for a night out (heavy contour, primer, etc) and I also use more basic brushes as well. All of the brushes I work with, including the ones not shown were a bit pricy but I will personally vouch for them and say that they were worth the investment and make all the difference when applying make-up. Even though these are still a bit pricy, in the real world of make-up they're not as pricy as some of the bigger brands but they definitely get the job done.

I use this concealer as a primer for my day look to avoid adding another step. I do use a much heavier primer that does give a very dramatic look for a night out.
