Two Ways to Wear: Printed Pants

DSC_0438
These flowy floral bells have easily become a staple in my wardrobe, I just can't seem to take them off! I've worn them quite a few ways and by quite a few I mean over ten or so.. with a slouchy sweater, with a leotard, with crop tops, with heels, with blouses, etc, etc.. But, since it's been quite warm recently and will be this upcoming week into next, I figured I would show you two quick ways I styled them for the upcoming heat wave in case you're lacking a little end of summer inspiration like myself. I am more than ready for fall clothes, there's just something about layering that I can't get enough of! Since these pants are sheer they will be perfect to wear throughout the fall with comfy scarves, booties and leather jackets. I feel that pieces you can wear through at least two seasons are worth the investment and these most definitely were!

I have not shopped in Aeropostale since I was wearing their matching sweatsuits and t-shirts with the little monkeys.. I wasn't the only one, right? Earlier this summer I was shopping around the mall and walked by their window display and quickly did a double take to find endless amounts of cute crop tops & crochet tanks from their Bethany Mota collection. Of course, I had to walk in to see what it was all about and walked out of the store with this crop and countless others for an extremely fair price. Since then I have made several other stops into Aero & have yet to be disappointed. I was extremely pleased with how updated their store was as well, they have definitely made a turn around!

I know this may sound crazy, but, sometimes before bed I close my eyes and have a vision of a great outfit and this particular outfit is a product of just that. I wanted to pair these pants with something a little more casual and flowy because the pants are naturally on the dressier side, but unfortunately I didn't have a cropped cotton tank to finish the look I wanted. After sifting through some pieces I was getting rid of I came across a plain black cropped tee and decided it would be perfect to transform into the exact tank I had visioned. So, after a few minutes of cutting and layering with a lace bralette and chunky coin necklace, my look was complete! . Both of these looks were paired with the same wedge sandals I picked up from Call It Spring last year.

I have been hitting a lot of summer-end sales as well as early fall sales and will be filming a rather large haul video for you very soon.  I'm currently waiting on the last of my packages which are coming from the UK & China, but I can assure you they are definitely worth the wait!
